If your dog is severely matted and needs to be shaved, you'll need to schedule "The Fresh Start" instead of a bath to allow us more time for your dog to be shaved. We cannot bath a severely matted dog without shaving them first. If you'd like your dog's anal glands expressed if they are having trouble expressing them on their own, you must request this ahead of time. Anal gland expression is an added $20. This is not a service we recommend doing regularly due to the health issues it can cause long term, but ultimately it is up to the owner.
